WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note: upon ordering, wholesale customers agree and will be deemed to be bound by these terms.

1. Net-15 Days (open accounts only).

2. We accept wholesale orders from established wholesale customers and new wholesale customers for the purpose of resale only.

3. Visa & MasterCard accepted, a 3% fee will be added to all orders paid with a credit card. First time wholesale orders require a payment at time of pick-up.

4. A $25.00 handling charge will be assessed for all orders under our $300.00 order minimum.

5. A $50.00 service charge will be assessed for all returned checks.

6. Past due accounts will be assessed 1.5% interest per month, beginning the 31st day following the invoice date.

7. Orders are shipped prepaid and freight charges are added to invoice. UPS charges include a $3.00 processing fee.

8. A charge of $5.00 per case is applied for insulated cases when needed.

9. Pick-up orders can be arranged.

10. An "add-on" to an order cannot be guaranteed to ship with the original order. If the "add-on" is shipped separately, it will be handled as a new order with no minimum charge.

11. Granite State Candy Shoppe LLC must be notified of all claims or requests for returns within 48 hours.

12. All legal fees associated with an invoice turned over for collection will be the responsibility of the customer.

13. Please note, we do not ship wholesale orders to residential addresses. You must have a commercial shipping address or make arrangements to pick-up your order.
