We ship via UPS Ground for a flat rate of $9.95. Orders ship Monday through Thursday from our Concord, NH kitchen so your order never sits in a warehouse over the weekend.
During warm-weather months, we pack every order with ice packs to help keep things cool. Deliveries outside New England during those months require Second Day or Next Day Air to help ensure your chocolates arrive in good condition.
We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Because our chocolates and candies are perishable, they aren't eligible for return once opened.

Every piece of candy we make is crafted with care using fresh, local ingredients like whole milk and pure cane sugar. Because of that, it's more delicate than mass-produced chocolate and can be sensitive to shipping conditions.
